This page explains how you can control your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and how to exercise your rights in the LetMeMove app.

Who is responsible
- Trainer (data controller): for personal data within their group (bookings, passes, chat, progress logs shared with that trainer).
- LetMeMove platform (data processor): provides sign-in, storage, notifications, and technical infrastructure via Google Firebase.
Contact the developer using the support email on the App Store or TestFlight listing. Members can also contact their trainer for group-related requests.
Your GDPR rights
Depending on your situation, you may have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Restriction — limit how your data is processed
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured format where applicable
- Withdraw consent — at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Object — to processing based on legitimate interests, where applicable
- Lodge a complaint — with your local data protection authority (in Hungary: NAIH)

Legal basis
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — given during registration
- Contract / service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide scheduling, chat, and progress features between you and your trainer
Data retention
- Account and group data: until you delete your account
- Chat messages: automatically deleted after 14 days
- After account deletion: personal data is permanently erased from our systems
We do not
- Sell your personal data
- Use your data for cross-app advertising or tracking
- Enable Firebase Analytics in this app
How to request access, correction, or portability
- Try in-app options first (Settings, update profile, export where the app provides it).
- Members: contact your trainer for group-related data.
- Email the developer (App Store / TestFlight support address) with your registered email and a clear request.
- We respond within one month as required by GDPR, unless an extension applies.

Ki az adatkezelő?
- Edző (adatkezelő): a csoporton belüli személyes adataid (foglalások, bérlet, chat, haladásnapló).
- LetMeMove platform (adatfeldolgozó): bejelentkezés, tárhely, értesítések — Google Firebase.
Kapcsolat: App Store / TestFlight támogatási email, vagy az edződ (tagoknál).
GDPR jogaid

Jogalap
- Hozzájárulás (GDPR 6. cikk (1) a) pont) — regisztrációkor
- Szerződés teljesítése (GDPR 6. cikk (1) b) pont) — edző–tag szolgáltatás
Megőrzés
- Fiók- és csoportadatok: fióktörlésig
- Chat: 14 nap után automatikusan törlődik
- Fióktörlés után: személyes adatok végleges törlése
Nem tesszük
- Nem adjuk el az adataidat
- Nincs cross-app reklámkövetés
- Nincs Firebase Analytics az appban
Hozzáférés, helyesbítés, hordozhatóság kérése
- Először az app Beállításai (profil, törlés).
- Tagok: vedd fel a kapcsolatot az edződdel.
- Írj a fejlesztői támogatási emailre a regisztrált címeddel.
- Válasz: legfeljebb egy hónap (GDPR).
