Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your LetMeMove account and associated personal data. You can do this directly in the app or by contacting us.

Delete your account in the app (recommended)

Open LetMeMove and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm deletion.

Members: deletion is immediate. Your personal data is permanently removed from our systems.

Trainers: tap Request profile deletion in Settings. A manager must approve the request before the trainer account and group are permanently deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email the developer using the support address shown on the App Store or Google Play listing. Include:

Your registered email address
A clear request to delete your account and associated data

We respond within one month (GDPR). Members may also contact their trainer for group-related data requests.

What is deleted

What may be kept temporarily

Backups / logs: encrypted backups may retain data for a short period before automatic purge (typically up to 30 days).
Legal obligations: we may retain minimal records if required by law (e.g. billing disputes — not applicable to free accounts).

Chat message retention (before deletion)

Chat messages are automatically deleted 14 days after they are sent, even before you delete your account.

After deletion

Once your account is deleted, you cannot recover your data. You may register again with a new account if you wish.

Törlés az appban (ajánlott)

Nyisd meg a LetMeMove appot, jelentkezz be.
Menj a Beállítások menübe.
Koppints a Fiók törlése gombra.
Erősítsd meg a törlést.

Tagok: a törlés azonnali. A személyes adatok véglegesen törlődnek.

Edzők: a Beállításokban kérheted a profil törlését; a manager jóváhagyása után törlődik a csoport és minden adat.

Törlés emailben

Ha nem férsz hozzá az apphoz, írj a Store listán megadott támogatási emailre a regisztrált címeddel és a törlési kérelemmel. Válasz: legfeljebb egy hónap (GDPR).

Megőrzés

Biztonsági mentések: rövid ideig (ált. max. 30 nap) maradhatnak, utána törlődnek.
Chat üzenetek: 14 nap után automatikusan törlődnek, még fióktörlés előtt is.
